What you'll do:

• Provide expert advice to service technicians and retail customers on parts inquiries.
• Process parts orders efficiently and accurately, from initial request to delivery or pickup.
• Manage inventory, including pulling parts from stock and updating the system to reflect current levels.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, answering questions and taking orders.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure a timely turnaround for warranty and customer-pay jobs.
• Maintain an organized and clean parts department, with a focus on a safe working environment.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a parts counter professional in an automotive dealership.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, cataloging systems, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• A team-oriented attitude with a drive to collaborate with other departments.
